
This is an adapter to connect a retro PC which has a 15KHz 8 color digital RGB output like NEC PC-8001 mkII with a television which has a component video input. Most Japanese televisions have D inputs and you can input component video signal using a component-D conversion cable.

When the RGB specification of the retro PC is the same as PC-8001's, connect the DIN connector of the adapter with the retro PC. Connect the adapter and a television using a component-D conversion cable.

When you connect this adapter with other retro PCs, wire the signals correctly.
Adjust color and luminance by the volumes BVR, YVR and RVR on the adapter.
